Xelacalle

My friend came over yesterday, who also paints miniatures. He showed me his Farseer he had painted along with the Wraithlord he was painting (which he did a little of here). He also showed me the way he was painting it - with much thinned down paint, blending, and black undercoat with white then sprayed from the top. So I have two objective counters which I made from random pieces from sprues and I'm going to be trying various things such as blending, experimenting with the undercoat, thinning paints and highlighting on those... Just as soon as I get some more white spray paint!

Because of the new paint range which is coming out I'm going to avoid finishing my High Elves until I have at least some of those. In the meantime, I have some half finished Eldar and a Shadowseer to get round to painting eventually (when I finish Mass Effect 2 and possibly also 3)

So I've finished all the Eldar I intend to put up on here. All I need to do now is finish painting my old Fire Prism and fix my old Farseer and Wave Serpent. After that I'm going to start on all the High Elves that I never got round to painting, probably one unit at a time. If I get any more Eldar in the meantime they will probably take precedence as I play 40K far, far more than Fantasy!
